Improve International runs Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training for veterinary surgeons, veterinary nurses, receptionists and practice managers to help them develop their skills and knowledge, using a combination of review lectures, case-based discussion and, where applicable, hands-on practical sessions. They are an international organisation with offices in the UK and Portugal.
 

Improve International was established by a group of veterinary surgeons from across the UK, including a number of recognized experts. The primary mission of the Company is to provide the highest quality CPD in a format that allows delegates to develop their skills and knowledge in a logical and progressive fashion, under the supervision of dedicated Course Directors, each of whom has the highest qualifications in his or her field. With their headquarters based at Alexandra House in Wroughton near Swindon, they offer state-of-the-art conference facilities, including a purpose-built practical room where learners have the chance to practice their surgical skills in a safe wet-lab environment.
 

All courses are limited to 20-25 delegates (practical courses are limited a maximum of 12 to 14 delegates). By keeping the group size small we maximise the learning experience and ensure the courses are highly interactive, with a good level of speaker interaction.
