In'li is the subsidiary of the Action Logement group dedicated to intermediate housing. Their company was born in October 2017 from the merger of four group entities: OGIF, RRP, SOCALOG and Immobilière ACL-PME. In'li's portfolio includes 43,000 housing units spread across the various Ile-de-France municipalities in tense areas, making in'li the leader in intermediate housing in Île-de-France.

Their ambition: to develop 80,000 new intermediate housing units in 10 years
In Île-de-France, the need for intermediate housing is estimated at 200,000 (IAURIF data March 2019). It is urgent to mobilize to rapidly and massively develop the existing offer. This is why the Action Logement group has entrusted them with the ambitious objective of developing 80,000 new intermediate housing units within 10 years.
