A IPL - INCORPORADORA PAULISTA LTDA. , founded on January 11, 1982. Its initial activity was the administration of real estate incorporations of innumerable projects of high standard, in neo-classical styles; Mediterranean; and modern, built, at the beginning, through Construtora Adolpho Lindenberg S / A., and also of other renowned constructors.

Primando more to the high standard, it was experienced in the administration of constructions with customized finishes, dealing with the absolute control of the costs, in the attendance to the most varied projects and specifications, in order to guarantee satisfaction of its clientele, always with responsibility and respect.

Throughout almost three decades of existence, dozens of large enterprises were delivered to the dwelling, in the noble places of the districts of Higienópolis, Jardins, Itaim Bibi, Vila Nova Conceição, and, also in the top of Santana, besides the Guarujá.
