Indo Japan Polymers Private Limited is a joint venture between the promoters of Ram Charan Company Private Limited (RCCPL) & Shinichi Kato, Japan. It was formed in 2009 as Private Limited Company for sales and distribution of semi-finished rubber and plastics product, now forward integrated to manufacturing of masterbatch and compounds.

Shinici Kato, is a graduate in Chemical Engineering from Tokyo University. Kato is at present President of Shinichi Kato Office Co Ltd and Director of Saiko Rubber. He is a committee member of the Society of Rubber Science and Technology, Japan.

He was associated with Mitsubishi Corporation’s chemical department during 1980-1988. Later, he served as Director of Kato Sansho Co Ltd. The Journal of the Society of Rubber Science and Technology has published some of his important papers.
