Indonesia Center for Sustainable Development (ICSD)
About

Sustainable development links current needs to future generations, as well as a comprehensive approach between individuals, communities and the environment in resource management. This concept becomes the foundation, especially in overcoming the backwardness of environmental management and the low institutional capability that governs development so far.

In the concept of sustainable development there are three elements that support each other, namely economic sustainability, environmental sustainability, and social sustainability, where the management involves the government, private, and civil society as its stakeholders.

The institute is formed on the basis of synergy efforts between governments, businesses and multicultural communities to oversee the process of sustainable development to gain prosperity and equity

The group's mission is to develop and implement sustainable development management, whether conducted by the community, government, or corporation
