The Fund's policies are based on the realization of the principle of social justice and guaranteeing the citizen's right to secure housing; improving living and economic conditions through the following policies
Locating the inhabitants of the slums in the same locations or in the nearest neighborhood
Development of informal settlements with governorates in the framework of decentralization
Implement the principles of partnership with the people in the development of informal settlements
Ensure that the living and economic conditions of the population of the slums are maintained
Support partnership with civil society organizations and the private sector
Activating partnerships with donors to implement the country's priorities for the development of insecure areas
Integration of unplanned area development programs with unsafe areas
