The Information Technology Agency - ATI-TO is created, an autonomous entity, linked to the Finance and Planning Secretariat, with headquarters and venue in Palmas, State Capital, which is responsible for:
I - provide for its Internal Regulations;
II - elaborate, coordinate and execute the State Information Technology Policy, the Information Security Policy and the Continuity Plan of the Information Technology services of the bodies and entities of the Direct and Indirect Public Administration of the Executive Branch;
III - elaborate, implement and maintain the Information Technology Master Plan;
IV - promote the computerization of the Direct and Indirect Public Administration of the Executive Branch, developing and executing programs and projects for modernization and technological innovation;
V - provide and promote the use of:
a) Business Intelligence (BI), applying intelligence and data analysis tools to assist in decision-making, with decentralized information from the information sources of corporate systems and electronic documents from the State Government;
b) Key Performance Indicator - Key Performance Indicator (KPI), using process analysis tools to monitor the level of performance, helping to achieve the objectives of the process and decision-making by the State Government;
c) innovations in technology systems for public administration, in fiscal, social and public security systems;
