INI A / S is a Greenlandic company that offers to perform tasks related to housing. They are a limited company and our name is INI A / S. The Greenland Self-Government is the sole shareholder.

On 1 January 1994, INI A / S began administering rental housing for the then Greenland Home Rule Government, now the Greenland Home Rule Government, and for most of the country's municipalities. It was a desire for a uniform administration of rental housing as well as a systematic maintenance of the housing that led the Home Rule Government to establish INI A / S.

INI's head office is in Sisimiut, but the company has offices in most of the country's cities. INI A / S has approximately 150 employees throughout the country.
