The Institute of Economic Structures Research (GWS) is a private, independent economic research and business and policy consultancy organisation. Its goal is to provide objective, impartial, factual consultancy to aid social transformation and development processes.

GWS’ strengths are in documentation and analysis of these processes, with the aim of producing policy recommendations for political, business and social decision-makers. Their core activity is the development and application of data systems and empirical economic models which transparently model economic interdependencies at a range of scales.
