The African socio-economic context is marked by a succession of unbridled upheavals due mainly to the globalization of markets by the relocation of companies with its corollary of increased competition for African structures which are traditionally young and above all very fragile. 

The instability of businesses and administrations on the continent required the creation of a capacity building institute capable of developing the resilience of endogenous organizations. In January 1998, the Institute of Innovation in Management and Management (IGEMA - AFRIQUE) was created in Burkina Faso by Mr. Mandé Théophile GOUBA. 

With 20 years of experience, IGEMA-AFRIQUE has acquired a great reputation with major African institutions and deploys its territorial anchoring in more than 15 African countries namely; Burkina Faso, Benin, Cameroon, Congo Brazzaville, Ivory Coast, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea Conakry, Mali, Morocco, Niger, Senegal, Chad, Togo and Tunisia.  

In addition to these agencies IGEMA-AFRIQUE organizes training courses in France, Belgium, Canada and soon in the USA, Spain, Israel and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai).

The mission of IGEMA-AFRIQUE is to offer companies, organizations and States of the continent the know-how and the know-how for a real competitiveness.

    Indeed, this institute which combines the youth of its staff synonymous with dynamism, commitment with the maturity of its consultants, therefore the dynamic experience aims to cover all of Africa by offering organizations on the continent its expertise in:

- permanent diagnosis of structural dysfunctions through appropriate organizational studies and management audits;

- acquisition of human resources through professional recruitments;

- design of productive management tools.
