The IEP develops its work in an environment of intense interdisciplinary dialogue and is in permanent generational renewal. Its researchers have extensive experience that combines research, teaching, formulation and implementation of social and economic policies, and participation in different state agencies.
Their editorial, with about 900 titles distributed in 32 thematic series, is one of the most important in social sciences of the entire Andean area.
