Integrity: COPPEAD's values ​​include the defense of ethical and socially responsible behavior in management processes. They believe that integrity is the best way in which the School can fulfill its mission and better serve Brazil.

Contribution to the country: COPPEAD was the third school in Brazil and the first in Rio de Janeiro to offer a Doctorate Program; the first in Brazil to offer a full-time MBA of international standard; and they pioneered Executive Education in Business and Management in Brazil. They need to develop more people and organizations to contribute to the development of their country.
