The IRD team leverages process and technology innovations to address global health delivery gaps, including health market innovations based on social business models, performance-based incentives for health workers, incentives for patient to access diagnostics and enable treatment adherence, and open source information technology platforms to allow close monitoring of patient care and program quality.
