About

Intercultural Business Improvement (IBI) supports clients in developing intercultural competencies to benefit from cultural diversity. For more than twenty years, IBI has been supporting international organizations in analyzing and resolving their cross cultural issues.

IBI works with a network of consultants and trainers from various disciplines across Europe, Asia and North America to enable clients to connect with people from different backgrounds, to perform in a highly diverse environment and to enjoy cultural diversity as a continuous learning process.

Consulting

  • IBI collaborates with executive teams on identifying and resolving strategic dilemmas that arise from opposing value orientations.
  • IBI supports operational management teams in identifying and resolving the tensions that may result from implementing strategies in different cultural settings, and in aligning a given strategy with the interests of different stakeholders.
  • IBI works with Learning and Development teams on designing cross cultural learning interventions that enable staff to deal with the challenges of diversity and performance, for example, in the context of post-M&A integration.
  • IBI assist HR teams to fine-tune their selection and development in order to define and assess relevant managerial competencies for expatriates and managers engaged with post-M&A integration.
