Interexpert is a professional company based in Prague, conducting audits of projects funded by the European Commission, in particular the structural funds and framework programs for research and development.

It is an active member of the international network of Polaris International, through which dozens of audits conducted for the European Commission. 

Interexpert was founded in 1990, soon after the political changes of 1989 led to democracy in Czechoslovakia and amending legislation allowed the establishment of private companies. Interexpert has successfully implemented large privatization projects. It also focused on cooperation with companies from the old countries of the European Union and the USA, which at this time entering the Czech market.

Start of cooperation with the European Commission in the preparation of audits in 1998, was the logical outcome for Interexpert in the first decade of its existence.
