Values
Mission-Driven: IDG focuses on promoting inclusive economic growth in developing countries to alleviate world poverty. Every person working for IDG is committed to this core organizational mission.
Speak Truth to Power: For IDG, speaking truth to power means adopting an evidence-based development approach. They use analytical methods and evidence to discern the truth of what is working and what is not working to advance development objectives, and then they plainly communicate that truth to beneficiaries, clients, and the general public.
Diversity: The IDG team includes people from a wide range of geographic regions, cultures, creeds, religions, languages, orientations, and political beliefs, all contributing their unique perspectives for a common purpose. IDG values, celebrates, and actively seeks this diversity.
Collaboration: IDG believes in close collaboration among IDG project staff, clients, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to co-create and co-implement development solutions.
