IGS was established in 2003 and has offices in the UK, Australia and Colombia. IGS has provided high-level advice and services in more than 48 countries on public sector governance modernisation and reform. Governance assessment and procurement reform has included country assessments, development of strategic plans, policy and legislation reviews,  process reengineering, management and organisation development,  documentation development, defining institutional roles, capacity building and training.
