International House was founded in 1953 by John and Brita Haycraft with the aim of providing an innovative approach to language teaching.
IH Kyiv was founded in 1992 and joined IHWO in 1993. IHWO network provides professional support to IH Kyiv, which helps to ensure that the school uses up to date materials and employs highly qualified teachers trained in the latest methods.
