The company has a Board of Directors comprising of seven (7) members. The Authorized Share Capital of the Company is Rs 20 billion. The shareholders of the company are Government Holding (Pvt) Ltd., Sui Southern Gas Company Ltd. and Sui Northern Gas Pipeline Ltd.
