About

The Intervention Fund for Development - FID - is an association created in 1993, recognized by public decree according to the decree N ° 9344 of January 27th, 1993 and governed by the ordinance N ° 60-133 governing general regime of the associations.

According to its statutes, its social purpose is to mobilize funding to promote, finance and carry out community projects of an economic and social nature, capacity building of various development actors at the local level.
Since its creation to date, the FID is particularly known:

- In the field of implementation of basic social infrastructure (schools, basic health centers, runways, drinking water supply ....) Or economic (marketplaces, micro irrigated perimeters, crossing works)

- In the rehabilitation and / or reconstruction of infrastructure damaged by natural disasters with its para cyclone devices ;

- In support of local development (support for municipalities and communities) through capacity building activities (municipal or community project management, support for the implementation of Communal Development Plans);
