Mission
IOEI’s Mission is to become the preeminent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in both the environmental services industry and the civil infrastructure and facilities construction industry while maintaining at least a 40% Veteran workforce. IOEI recognizes that many skilled veterans need new work opportunities after their military service, yet too often employers don’t recognize a vet’s full potential. They provide meaningful jobs that put veterans’ skills to work and allow veterans to explore new career opportunities.

Background
In 2006 IOEI was incorporated in San Diego, California as a viable SDVOSB. IOEI is a Subchapter S-Corporation, and has developed an impressive resume and wide range of technical expertise in the environmental services and civil construction market. IOEI self-performs, subcontracts to larger firms, and partners with other small businesses to provide key resources to successfully execute work.
Management & Services
IOEI specializes in providing expert Project Management and superior technical services for all phases of Environmental Remediation and Compliance to include the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Recovery Act (CERCLA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), all aspects of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Clean Air Act (CAA). In addition, IOEI offers environmental construction oversight, site investigations/testing, and Geographic Information System (GIS) service.
Infrastructure
IOEI also offers comprehensive engineering, design, maintenance, and project management solutions to help commercial and government clients meet their infrastructure needs. They use best management practices to keep project costs low and increase efficiency and project profitability.
