General Meeting of Shareholders adopted the Strategic Development Plan of the Bank for the period up to 2016, according to which AIKB "Ipak Yuli" has defined its core mission: professional to provide its customers with a wide range of banking services that meet the needs of their business, contributing to the strengthening of the private business of the republic.
Implementation of the mission and improving the efficiency of the Bank's operations require improvement of business processes, the formation of a qualitatively new technological base, increasing the responsibility of each employee for the results of its operations and the introduction of new management and incentive solutions.
