The IRCS is a public charitable organization that works both domestically and internationally according to humanitarian values, by taking advantage of its valuable resources being the youth, volunteers and public contribution, to promote peace and friendship and to make the society safe, resilient, and prepared, and to provide effective relief services in the wake of incidents and crises, to alleviate the human suffering and to empower the affected community.
