Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital (ISTH)

The VISION of ISTH is to become a Centre of Excellence in Teaching, Research and Service with particular reference to the health problems of rural and suburban/small urban town communities and the diagnosis, management and control of viral hemorrhagic fevers, with special reference to Lassa Fever.

Its MISSION is to provide specialized, affordable, accessible and qualitative promotive, preventive and curative health care services for our patients, engage in research and teaching activities and serve as a Centre of Excellence for the diagnosis, management and control of Lassa Fever.
