The Italian Chamber of Commerce - Egypt ( CCI-Egypt ) was established in 1927 in consistence with the Italian Ministerial decree No. 1573 of October 1918 and decree No. 273 of February 1979.

CCI-Egypt is a private and nonprofit organization and represents a lobby of Egyptian and Italian businessmen seeking various forms of cooperation with both countries. Besides its business oriented nature the Chamber develops social and cultural activities.

The Honorary President of the Chamber is His Excellency , S.E. Dr. Antonio BADINI - The Italian Ambassador to Egypt.

Board of CCI-Egypt is composed of 12 members, appointed among its members by The Ordinary General Assembly.
