‘Jan Chetna Manch’, which means ‘Forum for People’s Awareness’, is a non-governmental organisation registered as a society since 1994. Its activities are based in the backward villages of Chandankiari and Chas blocks, in the district of Bokaro of the eastern Indian state of Jharkhand.
