Public company Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine dd - Sarajevo is a joint stock company in which 90.37% of the capital is owned by the Federation of BiH, and 9.63% is owned by small shareholders.

Since 2009, JP Elektroprivreda BiH dd - Sarajevo has the status of the ruling company in the Concern EPBiH , in which it is connected in terms of capital with several companies in the field of mining and production of equipment. Those other companies are dependent companies.

The share capital of JP Elektroprivreda BiH dd - Sarajevo amounts to 2,236,964,411.00 KM and is divided into 31,506,541 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 71.00 KM.
