JUMV (Jugoslovensko Drustvo za Motore i Vozila) is a non-profit and professional organisation constituted by engineers and other experts dealing with automotive engineering and being associated therein for the purpose of achieving mutual goals and tasks. It was founded in 1972 in Belgrade.  

The mission of JUMV is to contribute to the development and enhancement of science and professional expertise in the area of automotive engineering, especially to influence the preservation and improvement of the quality of life in respect of the development, manufacture and use of vehicles and equipment. 

 

JUMV organizes international and national scientific and professional meetings, conferences, seminars, professional meetings s and other forms of assembly in order to enable direct exchange of information of interest to automotive technology.

 

JUMV Special Publications provide current information on the field of automotive engineering. JUMV also organizes and allows the exchange of scientific and technical information among its members and other experts in the field of automotive art in the world.

 

 

What does JUMV do?

JUMV has individual members (honorary, full time, students and pensioners) and collective members - donors (companies). It brings together experts and companies whose activities are directly or indirectly related to automotive technology - the development, production, marketing, use and / or maintenance of vehicles and their components or equipment, devices and systems that are used in automotive engineering.

JUMV offers:

• Regular information on the activities JUMV, current events in automotive engineering in Serbia and the world, and other issues from the scope of JUMV
• Better and more current information on development trends and achievements of automotive technology in Serbia and the world
• Establishment of contacts and cooperation with the other members JUMV as well as with members FISITA, EAEC and other professional organizations in the field of automotive engineering
• Regular and active participation in all activities of JUMV, as well as actions FISITA and EAEC, - an advantage in supplying the scientific and technical information, publications and other publications JUMV
• Privileged conditions for participation in conferences organized JUMV, as well as other benefits to which members of JUMV are notified through the publication of regular JUMV editions - to familiarize the general public with their professional work, results achieved and achievements
