About

KAFA Violence and Exploitation ( KAFA ) is a Lebanese civil society, non-governmental, non-profit organization, feminist and secular, looking towards a society free of patriarchal, social, economic and legal structures that discriminate against women. 

Since its establishment in 2005, KAFA has sought to eliminate all forms of gender-based violence and exploitation and to achieve de facto equality between the sexes through the adoption of various means, including:  advocacy to amend and introduce laws, change policies, influence public opinion, and change practices, The development of research and training, the empowerment of women and children victims of violence and the provision of psychological, social and legal support to them. 

The work of "Enough" in the fight against violence and exploitation against women and children in three key areas: 

  1. - domestic violence; 
  2. - exploitation and trafficking of women, particularly migrant domestic workers and women in prostitution; 
  3. - the protection of children from violence, especially domestic violence and sexual violence
