The Kakuma Kalobeyei Challenge Fund (KKCF) is a program of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), implemented with Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund, Turkana County Government, and UNHCR. The five-year program is designed to support private sector investment and unlock the economic potential of refugees and their hosts, in Kenya’s Turkana County.
