Karlka Recruiting Group (KRG) is a joint venture between the Nyiyaparli Traditional Owners, via Karlka Nyiyaparli Aboriginal Corporation, and Australian Recruiting Group. Through this partnership, KRG is seeking a blended return of a commercially profitable business alongside positive gains in sustainable, meaningful employment for Indigenous people across Australia, particularly young people.
KRG recognises that closing the gap in Indigenous unemployment requires a partnership approach with government, industry and community.
KRG works with government and corporate clients and their professional associations to promote the central role we can play in increasing the rate of Indigenous employment and retention. KRG also partners with local Indigenous communities and their representative bodies where we do business to increase employment rates of local people, and create lasting social and economic change.
KRG is a centralised national company that has established relationships with local Indigenous organisations. This allows us to provide our clients national solutions through the use of our local partners.
Local Engagement - Nationally
KRG has the ability to negotiate national contracts with large companies that have difficult pre-qualifications and a large number of roles to fill providing local Aboriginal recruitment organisations with the network, resources and capacity building that enables them to win contracts that they would not be able to win as individual organisations.
KRG can fill large numbers of roles like other recruitment companies with both Indigenous and non _ndigenous candidates. Our specific point of difference is our ability to place local Indigenous candidates through our national network of Indigenous organisations.
NANA Australia, the Corporate Partner of KRG, is a global Indigenous owned business that provides KRG and its joint venture partners with significant experience in improving the quality of life for Indigenous people.
