The parent Company being M/s. New Maharashtra Construction Co., established in 1966 by SHRI VED PRAKASH KOHLI, had done various Contracts in Government, Semi Government and Corporate sector such as M.I.D.C., B.M.C., CIDCO etc. Some of the major works accomplished are various Housing Projects and reclamation alongwith Infrastructure Development in Navi Mumbai in different nodes of CIDCO.

They established the firm in February 2000 after operating under the name of KAYBEE Civil Engineers & Contractors since 1977.
