YMCA is the world's largest and oldest youth movement. They offer meeting places where young people can develop to their full potential. They assume a holistic view of man and meet young people's current needs.

Creating opportunities for children and young people to develop is the guiding principle for all their activities. It is about putting children and young people in the center, letting them take a seat and get an outlet for their interests and wills. KFUM has a simple basic philosophy: They believe that all people, not least young people, need physical activity, increased knowledge and time for reflection in order to be able to develop and feel good. Their logo, the red triangle, symbolizes these three building blocks - body, soul and spirit. Or rather Body, Mind & Spirit. It is the cornerstone of all their operations, both in Sweden and throughout the world.

The KF in KFUM stands for Christianity and is part of their core values ​​since their youth movement started in Sweden in 1884. K: it means that they should show each other fellowship and respect, to act with love and forgiveness. K: also means that everyone is welcome, no matter who you are or what background you have.
