About

The Kianh Foundation is a grass-roots UK-registered charity founded in 2001 by Jackie Wrafter and her friend Jacci Bulman to address the desperate need for improved care and development for children with disability living around the Hoi An area of Central Viet Nam.

It is managed full time in Vietnam by 2 western professionals: Jackie Wrafter MBE (Director and Co-Founder) and Nick Keegan (Director of Business Development). Collectively, they have 30 years of experience working in the development sector in Viet Nam. The Foundation has well-established and developed relationships with local and central government authorities and is very experienced at dealing with the numerous social, economic and political issues that are a fundamental part of development work in a developing country.

The Foundation has no religious, political or governmental affiliations.

Vision
Access to good education and health services for every disabled child in Central Viet Nam.

Mission
To provide holistic and integrated multi-disciplinary services for disabled children, their families and the communities living in Central Viet Nam.
