Kigali Cooling Efficiency Program (K-CEP)
About
17 foundations and individuals have pledged $51 million to help increase the energy efficiency of cooling in developing countries. Through K-CEP, these funds will help nations transition to more efficient cooling equipment, phasing down the production and use of HFCs and replacing them with newer, climate-safe coolants.

Technical Advisory Committee
K-CEP’s Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) provides guidance on strategy, investments, and reporting, monitoring, and evaluation.
The Efficiency Cooling Office (ECO) serves as the K-CEP program office, providing grantmaking, reporting, program management, and other services to help K-CEP funders and partners maximize the climate and development benefits of K-CEP.
