Since 2012, KLC Bulgaria overtook all international consulting activities of the Department of International Projects of KLC Law Firm and was named KLC Consulting. Hence, KLC Consulting inherited all the expertise, capability and experience gained in 30 successful assignments in Newly Independent States, Eastern Europe and Balkans countries implemented by Department of the International Projects of KLC Law Firm during the last 20 years.  As a result, KLC Consulting has a broad and deep capacity in providing management consulting services for international projects in numerous industries and disciplines.

KLC Consulting sLTD is the legal successor of the Department of International Projects of KLC Law Firm. KLC Consulting sLTD provides consultancy, strategic advisory and project management services to European Commission, International Financial Institutions and donors, regional organisations, national governments and private clients.

KLC Consulting incorporates and builds upon the expertise of the Department of International Projects of KLC Law Firm, which operated in Europe, the Balkans, and NIS.. The experience accumulated by the Department over the years of operation, coupled with the growing demand for services offered, necessitated the separation of the consulting segment from the legal services provided by KLC Law Firm into a distinct entity – KLC Consulting. 

The company is operated by a team of specialised management consultants with outstanding expertise in project management and procurement rules of the European Commission, international financial institutions and donors. Specific projects are implemented by in-house professionals and through the vast network of associated external experts.
