The System Evaluation methodology includes an assessment, familiarization and understanding of the governance and management structures, product and service delivery, and communication strategies of the organization. It is a comprehensive approach that helps the organization to enhance the institutional structures, improve and/or develop processes and procedures, and if necessary bylaws.
