Konsortium is a group of independent, self-employed scientists who provide services for development cooperation projects - mostly evaluations and impact monitoring. The consortium and most of its members have been organized for many years in the German Evaluation Society (DeGEval) and are involved in various working groups. In addition, some are networked in the Network of Development Policy Experts (NEF). In this network they exchange ideas and give each other supervision and backstopping.
