Krisenwerk GmbH was founded in 2017 and since then has united a small group of trainers and coaches with different professional backgrounds and skills. They value years of experience in the areas in which they offer training and coaching.
Up until March 2020, the outbreak of the current virus pandemic, their activities focused on training for posted personnel from national and international, governmental and non-governmental organizations such as the Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) German Institute for Development Cooperation (DIE), Oxfam Germany, the Mercator Kolleg / Deutsche Studienstiftung and the implementation of their training courses for national and international employers from business.
The promising prospects for 2020 literally vanished into smoke in the first days of March this year.
This enables them to expand their range of advice and coaching services for individuals and small groups online. So far they have limited this offer in favor of the training.
They currently only work online and use zoom as a communication tool. As soon as they return to normalcy, they look forward to face-to-face meetings.
Their employees traveled to Madagascar, Cameroon, Uganda and India to train national, international and mixed groups on site. They have the necessary cultural sensitivity and give the participants the protection they need to gain experience in a protected space.
The voluntary nature of each individual to go into training situations, the responsibility for their own actions and the necessary confidentiality in these training courses are fundamental values of their trainers. These also apply to their online offer.See more
