L&R Social Research is a non-university research institute based in Vienna that has been active in social science research for over 30 years. The study and project topics include the areas of gender, work and labor markets, education and training, diversity and inclusion, digitization and sustainability. Research projects, legal, program and measure evaluations as well as international cooperation projects are implemented on these subject areas.

In addition to research, the services of L&R Social Research also include consulting, (program) development, networking, lectures, seminars, workshops and conferences.

Austrian ministries, state authorities, municipalities, the labor market service, clubs and associations as well as international organizations and the European Commission use the scientific expertise of L&R social research as a basis for discussion and decision-making. Particular value is therefore placed on the practical relevance of the research so that the results can act as a basis for taking measures.
