Their mission is to improve the quality of public debate to strengthen democracy in Argentina and in the world.
Their vision is that public debate is based more on data and facts and less on opinion, prejudice, and bias. For this, they bet that citizens are interested in data and facts and demand better information to debate and monitor the discourse of leaders and opinion-makers.

The programs
Media. Their main project is the public discourse verification and data journalism website, Chequeado. Through alliances with other media and a presence on social networks, mainly Twitter and Facebook, their content reaches more than a million people. The media area is constantly expanding: they experiment with new ways of presenting content and communicating, and they open spaces for an exchange to involve the community in the information production process.
Innovation. Their goal is to develop different and effective ways to produce and share content and to converse with the community to involve it and activate its participation in the public debate. For this, they experiment in the way of doing journalism and the formats and tools to receive and disseminate the best data from citizens to put them in circulation and within the reach of many more.
Education. They dream and work so that there are more checkers and citizens interested in the data and facts. They work to train journalists and communicators in practice and in training. They also focus on scalable initiatives and activities for adolescents and youth to lay the foundation for a robust exercise of democracy.
