LaGeo
They are a company of the CEL Group, dedicated to the production of electricity using the geothermal resources of their country. Currently, they have a total installed capacity of 204MW and a net production equivalent to 23% of the electricity produced in El Salvador. 

LaGeo's business philosophy focuses on a platform of values ​​and corporate principles among which social responsibility is fundamental, so in 2006 FundaGeo was established, a foundation that works for the development of municipalities and communities near their headquarters of work.

The rational and sustainable administration of the geothermal resources of the country and the high environmental commitment, has allowed LaGeo to receive awards such as: National Prize for the Environment 2004 and Honorable Mention in 2005. Similarly, the productive process that LaGeo performs for the generation of electricity, has been recognized internationally by entities such as the UN and the Kyoto Protocol, for carrying out a clean and renewable process, which does not produce toxic or greenhouse gases.
