The National School of Financial Management (E.NA.RE.F) is a public administrative establishment that opened its doors in 1988.

Established on an area of ​​eight (08) hectares, in sector 45 of the district n ° 10 of Ouagadougou, the ENAREF has modern educational and administrative infrastructures at the height of its ambitions. ISO 9001 version 2015 certified, it welcomes interns from several French-speaking African countries and has a faculty made up of around a hundred high-level national and international experts and specialists.

The ENAREF offers each year an initial professional training in six (06) specialized sectors which are Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Statistics, Economy and Development, and Regional planning . It also develops continuing education programs in the areas of public finance, decentralization and land use planning, and human resources management. It organizes, at the request of any interested national or foreign service, training, further training and retraining courses for their agents.

Thanks to partnerships with notably Laval University and IDEA International of Canada, Senghor University of Alexandria in Egypt, CERPAMAD in Burkina Faso , ENAREF organizes professional masters in public procurement, audit and management control based on risk, taxation and management of the company , analysis and economic policy and a certification in development assessment.
