Founded by Ernie Leach in 1946 as ET Leach and Partners, the Company subsequently expanded as the Leach Partnership and then further as Leach Southern.

 

In 1992 due to national development of the practice and increasing international activities, the Company was renamed Leach Consultancy. It incorporated in 2000 and became Leach Consultancy Limited.
