Lokmis was founded in 1995 as a private limited liability company specialising in telecommunciation measurements. Since then, the company has expanded rapidly and has entered new stages of qualititive measurement and development. Currently Lokmis is one of the only testing, measurement and analysis equipment suppliers in Lithuania and is working with subsidiaries on international markets in such countries as Ukraine, Moldova and the Republic of Latvia.
Over the company‘s duration it has proven its potential and competence in respective projects that were financed by the European Reconstruction and Development Bank, World Bank, ES PHARE program and others in providing advisory and engineering decisions.
