Orville Luckinbill was the founder and first president of Luckinbill, Inc. in 1939. He pioneered many areas of the construction industry for over 45 years. Dennis joined his father at Luckinbill, Inc. in 1972.

Dennis & Anna Sue have grown the business to what it is today with the help of their sons-in-law, Robert Gibson & Trevor Miller and many skilled and dedicated employees. Robert joined Luckinbill, Inc. in 2000, and Trevor joined in 2005. As of January 1, 2022, Luckinbill, Inc. separated into two companies. Robert and Deanna Gibson will lead Luckinbill Construction Company, LLC, and Trevor and Susan Miller will lead Luckinbill Mechanical, Inc.
