Mabiotech was created in 1992 by its co-founders Moufid Benkirane and Immunotech SA France. After the acquisition of the Immunotech group in 1995 by the COULTER group then the merger with Beckman in 1997, Mabiotech became in 2000 a completely independent company with exclusively Moroccan capital. 

The strong growth of Mabiotech, Ex-Coulter-Immunotech is linked to the quality work of its high-level scientific team and the permanent support of the Beckman-Coulter group.

Mabiotech SARL distributes and provides after-sales service for internationally renowned brands such as: Beckman Coulter, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Cepheid, Eurobio, IRIS Diagnostics, Werfen.
