The history of Madagascar Automobile begins in Madagascar in 1928.

• In 1962 , Madagascar Automobile became the official distributor of RENAULT (Sedan collection),
• In 1965 , Renault was joined by NISSAN, which offered its collection of SUV, Station Wagon, Pick up, Bus and Van)
• In 1984 , Madagascar Automobile extended its product catalog by adding the RENAULT Trucks range (trucks and heavy trucks),
• In 2007 , Madagascar Automobile completed its truck offering with the UD Trucks (heavy and light) brand and the BLUE BIRD brand with its bus collection.
• In 2010 , Madagascar Automobile markets the brand CUMMINS (generator, engines TP, marine engines, filters Fleetguard).
