Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Co Limited (MPUDCL) was incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with the Registrar of Companies, Gwalior on 27thApril, 2015 and it is a Government of Madhya Pradesh Undertaking(100%). MPUDCL has been entrusted with the responsibility of providing technological support; financial assistance for different projects in urban sector; raising funds from Government of Madhya Pradesh, Government of India and other financial institution; co-operate and collaborate with national and international agencies and to implement Urban Development Projects on behalf of ULBs. The Madhya Pradesh Urban Development Company (MPUDC) as a State Level Nodal Agency for urban development .
