MAGIC GENERAL CONTRACTORS was registered with the Trade Office in 1978 under sole proprietorship until 1984 when it went into public liability. Magic is a family-owned construction services company, whose values, long term vision and financial independence has made the company successful through the years.

In 1980, Magic General Contractors was registered as a Building Contractor under Class E. In 1984, it was upgraded to Class D. In the year 2003, Magic General Contractors attained the highest level of building contractors in the following trades:

Building – Category NCA 1
Joinery/Carpentry – Category A
Painting – Category A
Water – Category NCA 2
Civil Engineering(Road Works) – Category NCA 2

Magic General Contractors has carried out work for the Office of the President, Government Ministries, Banks, Universities, Esteemed Organisations, Schools, Hospitals, Residential & Commercial structures among others.

Over the years, Magic General Contractors has earned a reputation for carrying out outstanding works at a very high speed. Due to consistency and high standards of work, it has never been to arbitration neither has any of its contracts been determined for over 30 years in building industry.
